We’re looking for an experienced Multi-Line Representative to join our State Farm agency in a fully remote role.
This position requires prior experience working in a State Farm agent’s office. Applicants must also currently hold active Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses.

What You'll Do
What You'll Do
- Connect with prospective and existing customers by phone, text, and email
- Identify customer insurance needs and recommend appropriate products and coverage
- Generate quotes and follow up with prospective customers
- Make outbound calls and follow up on leads
- Cross-sell additional insurance products to existing customers
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Assist customers with policy questions, changes, billing, claims questions, and other service needs
- Work toward individual and team sales goals
Compensation & Benefits
- Base pay: $22–$27/hour
- Commission & bonuses: Monthly incentives based on production and goal achievement
- Expected total compensation: $55,000–$75,000+

Required Qualifications
To be considered for this position, you must:
- Have prior experience working in a State Farm agent’s office
- Hold an active Property & Casualty insurance license
- Hold an active Life & Health insurance license
- Have experience with insurance sales, customer service, and policy servicing
- Be comfortable making outbound calls and asking for the sale
- Have strong written and verbal communication skills
- Be dependable, organized, self-motivated, and able to work effectively in a remote environment

About Our Agency
We opened in 2021 and are proud to be part of a three-generation State Farm family—my dad and grandfather were both California State Farm agents. Today, we’ve built a supportive, team-focused agency centered around great service, professional growth, and lasting customer relationships.
Although this position is remote, you’ll be an active part of the team (mix of in-person and remote staff). We communicate regularly, celebrate wins together, and expect remote team members to stay engaged, accountable, and connected to the agency.
This is a remote position.
Compensation: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
